These steps can help if there are any issues unlocking the New Gods Pack: Freyr or Legacy Deity Portraits Pack in-game. 

XBOX GAME PASS

🛠 Restart the game

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller.
2. Press the menu button (three lines button) while Age of Mythology: Retold is selected.
3. Select Quit

🛠 Check to make sure the game and your system have been updated to the most recent versions available

🛠 Power cycle your Xbox

1. To power cycle press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds.
2. Unplug the console's power cable and wait 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes have passed plug the power cable back into the console and power up the device by pressing the Xbox button on the controller

XBOX APP FOR WINDOWS

🛠 Restart the game

🛠 Close and reopen the Xbox app

This can prompt the DLC content to start downloading.

🛠 Check the account signed in is the game account that purchased the game and DLC.

If they are different, sign into the Xbox app with the account used to purchase the game and DLC.

🛠 Verify the game files through the Xbox app

1. Find the game in the Xbox app and click on it.
2. Select Manage, then the Files tab.
3. Click VERIFY AND REPAIR. 

STEAM

🛠 Check if the DLC is enabled in Steam.

To do this right click on the game in your Library and choose Properties. Then click on DLC in the list on the left and check that there is a check mark next to the Freyr God Pack. 

🛠 Log out of Steam and restart the PC.

Logging out of Steam, restarting the PC and then signing into Steam again can often show the DLC content when the game is launched again.

🛠 Verify the integrity of the game files.

Follow the steps to verify the integrity of your game files. Once this is done, re-launch the game and verify that the issue is fixed.
