To enable Crossplay on PlayStation, you need to link your PlayStation and Microsoft/Xbox accounts. This can only be done one time.
One-Time Linking Process
Once your PlayStation™Network account is linked to a Microsoft account, it cannot be changed by support. Although there is in an option in-game to unlink accounts, you can only ever re-link to the original account.

- To link your PlayStation account with Xbox, you will first want to click on your Profile Username in game that's located in the upper right hand corner of the Home Screen. You should see a drop down pop up and in the Drop down menu select Microsoft Account Sign In.
- You will then recieve the following pop up window shown below which will ask you to visit the link https://www.microsoft.com/link.
- You will then be prompted to log into your Microsoft Account that you wish to associate with your PlayStation account. It is important to note that you can only link your Microsoft and PlayStation profiles ONCE and you will not be able to unlink.
- After logging in you will then be prompted to enter the randomly generated code code which will be provided to you in the same window as shown in the example below.
*The code shown in the image above is just an example and cannot be used in the linking process.
- Next it will ask for you to Allow Access, click yes and after that your all done and your accounts will be linked!
