You may see a message on a Preview Card that states that your machine is using Shared VRAM. This occurs when your uploaded DxDiag indicated that your machine is using integrated system memory or shared VRAM, instead of dedicated VRAM.
We recommend dedicated VRAM for best performance with preview products. Integrated system memory will NOT automatically disqualify you from being chosen for a preview opportunity, but may still be a factor in determining your ultimate eligibility—even if your system lists enough memory to meet the minimum system requirements.
