For Microsoft Store users, your Xbox Live settings can block certain aspects of the game. Please login to Xbox Live, go to your Xbox Live profile, click Privacy Settings and verify the following sections:
- You can see and upload community creations – Please set this to “Everyone”. If it is set to “Friends” then you will only be able to play Multiplayer games when your friends invite you to the match.
- You can join multiplayer games – Please set to “Allow”.
🛠 Check your Internet Connection.
If the game was unable to connect to the internet during launch, then it respond as if you are offline. Check that your machine is connected to the internet before you launch the game.
🛠 Disable your antivirus and firewall.
Try disabling your antivirus program and firewall and re-launching the game. Make sure the program is not running in the background.
