- Dawn of the Dukes
Additional Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition DLC will also be available for purchase separately.
Can Mac players access online multiplayer?
Yes, multiplayer will be available between Mac players.
Cross-play with other platforms is not supported.
Do I need to purchase the Mac version if I already own the Windows version on Steam?
If you already own Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition on Steam, you will automatically get access to the Mac version on May 28th, 2026.
