To enable Crossplay on PlayStation, you need to link your PlayStation and Microsoft/Xbox accounts. This can only be done one time.
One-Time Linking Process
Once your PlayStation™Network account is linked to a Microsoft account, it cannot be changed by support. Although there is in an option in-game to unlink accounts, you can only ever re-link to the original account.

- When you first launch the game you will immediately recieve a prompt to link your PlayStation account with Xbox. While this is not mandatory to do, and you can back out of the prompt, please note that every time you launch the game going forward you will recieve the window to perform the account linking.

The linking window will ask you to visit the link https://www.microsoft.com/link and will also provide you with a linking code that you will need when opening the Microsoft linking page on your browser.
- You will then be prompted to log into your Microsoft Account that you wish to associate with your PlayStation account. It is important to note that you can only link your Microsoft and PlayStation profiles ONCE and you will not be able to unlink.
- Next it will ask for you to Allow Access, click yes and after that your all done and your accounts will be linked!
