If you encounter or experience negative and abusive behavior in game that does not uphold the World’s Edge Code of Conduct there are options to block or mute the offender located in several locations in game.
You can also block offending players through Steam by following their Block all Communication steps and for Microsoft Store users you can block others by following the Block Another Player steps for the Xbox app.
Where to Block in-game?
Lobby Ban |

You can ban an offending player from joining your lobby by selecting your Profile icon from the Home screen and then navigating to the Player Search option on the right hand side of the window. Look up the offending players username and then View to see their profile. In their profile window you can select the Lobby Ban option in the upper right hand corner of their profile page.
To view all lobby banned players please navigate to the Lobby Bans section under the Profile menu. |

Block Player |

Use the Block player option, which is located in the Statistics screen at the end of a match. When this option is selected players will automatically be muted in lobbies and multiplayer games permanently unless otherwise removed from the muted player list.

Mute Chat |

If a player is using abusive or offensive language before the match has ended, you can use the Mute Chat option which is located in several places in-game including: Player profile:Select your Profile from the Home screen and then navigate to the Player Search option on the right hand side of the window. Look up the offending players username and then View to see their profile. In their profile window you can select the Mute option in the upper right hand corner of their profile page. Lobby:Select the Mute Chat icon beside the player in the Lobby screen. During a match:Open the Chat window and locate the Mute Chat icon beside the player's name. |
