If you encounter or experience negative and abusive behavior in game that does not uphold the World’s Edge Code of Conduct there are options to block or mute the offender located in several locations in game.
You can also block offending players through Steam by following their Block all Communication steps and for Microsoft Store users you can block others by following the Block Another Player steps for the Xbox app.

Use the Block option which becomes available after playing a match with the offending player. To find it you will need to navigate to the Multiplayer menu, click on the Friends icon located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once the Friends side window has opened, navigate to to the Last Played tab and click on the Block icon.

If a player is using abusive or offensive language in the match, you can use the Mute option which is located in several places in-game including: Lobby:Select the Mute option which appears beside the players name in the lobby. During a match:Select the Player Summary icon located at the top right of the match screen and then select the Mute icon beside the offending players name. After the match has ended:Navigate to the Multiplayer menu, click on the Friends icon located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once the Friends side window has opened, navigate to to the Last Played tab and click on the Mute icon. |

If you are reporting a player for abusing the in-game communication features, we suggest that you please also block the offending player
