I cannot access my downloaded mods; what do I do?

If you’ve downloaded one or more mods but cannot see them in-game, try working through the following steps:

1. Exit the game if it is running.
2. Search your computer for the Xbox App app.
3. Sign into the app using your free Xbox Live game account.
4. Launch the game.
5. If necessary, sign into Xbox Live again using your account.
6. You may receive a User Privilege error. The game will work to sync with the cloud, so give it time to recover.
