The Known Issues & Solutions page is available to help provide information regarding high-priority issues, such as those impacting a fair number of players, or that are most disruptive to gameplay.

Please note that this is not a comprehensive list. This page is reviewed after each Update, Patch and Hotfix. Items in this list may be removed without a fix to make room for higher priority issues. Issues that could be leveraged for an unfair gameplay advantage (AKA exploits) will never be included in this list.

Missing mini map in some game modes
Some players have reported that the mini map disappears during some game modes. To try and workaround this issue, please disable any mods you may currently have installed.

The dialogue in some campaign missions in Heavenly Spear may be interrupted when the game speed is set on fast
When the game speed is set to fast, some players may observe that the dialogue in some of the campaign missions for Heavenly Spear will be interrupted by victory screens or cinematics.

Skipping the opening cinematic in Arena of the Gods may result in a 5-20 second black screen
When skipping the starting cinematic in the Arena of the Gods scripted missions, some players may encounter a short black screen. After a few second have passed, the mission will proceed to load into the map.

Daily Celestial Challenge does not track completed challenges
In some instances players have reported that the Daily Celestial Challenge card does not properly track the 5th win, and player may not get awarded for that entry. The team is currently looking into this issue. If this is happening to you, please reach out to Customer Support and provide details on which platform you've encountered this issue on as well as your gamertag, PSN username or Steam ID.

Unable to sign into to Xbox Live on Steam Deck
When playing the game on Steam Deck, the option to Sign into Xbox Network does not work, and the window never opens up.

After signing into / linking an Xbox account on Steam, the previously earned Xbox progress on Campaigns, Achievements, or the Friends list will not transfer over

Pause menu displays a non functional "Open Chat" button when Spectating
While spectating an MP match, the pause menu displays a non functional “open chat” option that should not be present.

Postgame displays a non functional "Good Game" option
After spectating an MP match, the postgame menu displays a non functional “Good Game” option. Clicking it does nothing.

The postgame "View Gamer Card, Block and Report" option is not functional when Spectating
After spectating an MP match, the postgame menu dropdown for “View Gamer Card, Block and Report” are present but not functional.

Market Building window may show as a "Bear" unit when highlighted by a Spectator
While spectating a match, if one player begins building a market and the spectator highlights it, it may show as "Bear" owned by "Mother Nature" instead of as the Market being built by a player

When cross-network is disabled in Account settings, Steam's Friends on list may not be visible
When Cross-network is disabled on Xbox Account settings, it hides Steam's Friend list once the game has been restarted.

GameID links will not launch the game
Clicking game ID links for Microsoft Store users will not launch the game. When a player sends the game ID link to another player, they will have to have the game already opened in order to join a lobby via Game ID link.

Players may show up as as "Offline" in the social window
Players may be inaccurately shown as "Offline" in social panels such as Friends List, Clans, Last Played, etc.

Connection Issues

When Cross-network is disabled through the in-game Multiplayer Game settings, Microsoft Store and Xbox users can't see other lobbies
When only "Allow Cross-Network play" option is disabled in-game, Xbox and Microsoft players can't see the lobbies of other Xbox or Microsoft players.

Failure to launch after pressing Play
Some players may encounter an issue where the game fails to launch after pressing Play. For this issue, we recommend players try the steps detailed in our support article linked below: Crash on Launch before Intro Video; Game Does Not Launch
Missing or blacked out textures when joining a lobby with a custom scenario.
When joining a hosted game with a custom scenario, players on PS5 may encounter missing or black textures.
