If you cannot see any game lobbies when you join the Multiplayer lobby browser, there may be a few issues:
🛠 Make sure you have enabled CROSSPLAY.
In the in-game Options menu, navigate to Game and scroll down until you locate Multiplayer. Ensure under the Multiplayer category that “Allow Cross-Network Play” is checked. All players attempting to join the match should check this.
🛠 Make sure you are on the latest game build.
If an update was released recently, you will need to be on the latest build to play with the rest of the community. Information about the latest build can be found in the Patches, Updates & Content Releases category of our news.
🛠 Make sure your local or campus firewall is not blocking connections.
Make sure the game is allowlisted, so it doesn’t get blocked in the matchmaking lobby. For the base Windows firewall, follow Add an exclusion to Windows Security
PC Specific steps:

If the clock is even slightly off, it can interfere with connection to Live Services
🛠 Microsoft Store: Check your account & privacy settings to ensure you are set to online and open for multiplayer
🛠 STEAM: Ensure that your Steam account is public and is not hidden or offline.
Game Specific steps:

If there are no visible lobbies when browsing for a match, try resetting the search Filters. To do so click on Filters at the top of the Browse Games window and then select Reset Filters.
