The Known Issues & Solutions page is available to help provide information regarding high-priority issues, such as those impacting a fair number of players, or that are most disruptive to gameplay.
Disclaimer
Please note that this is not a comprehensive list. This page is reviewed after each Update, Patch and Hotfix. Items in this list may be removed without a fix to make room for higher priority issues. Issues that could be leveraged for an unfair gameplay advantage (AKA exploits) will never be included in this list.

How do I report an issue?
If you encounter a bug or any other issue that is not on the list below please follow these steps:
- Check our Support pages for common troubleshooting and workaround steps.
- Search the Age of Mythology: Retold forums for existing reports to add a comment with your example.
- Start a new thread on the Age of Mythology: Retold Report a Bug forums to report a new issue.
- Submit a ticket our Customer Support team with a description of the issue, what troubleshooting steps you may have already performed, and if relevant, any files, screenshots or video links that may help with the investigation.

Issues have been marked with a status that best represents their current state:
Tracking | This issue is currently being investigated and worked on; we do not need any further reports, examples or files of this issue. |

Resolved | Once the fix is available in the game we will provide a link to the appropriate Release Notes. We will only keep items on this list for about 6 months before removing them. If an issue has been fixed, and you are still encountering it, please reach out to Customer Support. |

Multiplayer experiencing some issues |
Multiplayer is experiencing some issues with queue times and some freezes. Areas experiencing multiplayer issues include finding or joining lobbies, was well as attempting to spectate. Our team is actively gathering further information to continue the investigation. Please contact Support if you have experienced these issues. |

Downloaded mods cannot be removed after the original is unpublished |
If a mod is unpublished, players who have it downloaded will be unable to remove it from their game. They will receive an Internal Server Error when attempting to remove the mod. The error will occur whether the player is attempting it through the mod manager or from the mod page. To work around this issue, please delete the mod folder through the directory and relaunch the game which should help successfully remove the mod. |

Joining a Spectate Game before the Spectate Delay is over causes a "broken" game state |
If a player attempts to join a game as a spectator before the specified spectator delay is over, they may encounter an issue where the lobby will show up empty and they will receive an "Unavailable" error message. When this occurs the game cannot be closed by normal means, so please try closing the game via the Task Manager. |

Players can bypass this by using the "Garrison" command (or "Seek Shelter" Command) to put them into the sky Passage and continue the mission. |

While spectating a multiplayer match viewing Atlanteans, any bronze walls the Atlantean player has will have flashing corrupted white textures on them. The corrupted textures appear if the spectator hovers over the walls to highlight them with a controller. |

Music Rights

Some tracks are receiving copyright violations incorrectly on streaming services |
We have escalated an issue with the in-game music receiving copyright reports on streaming and video platforms. As a temporary workaround, turning the in-game music off in settings will ensure that your video and streaming content does not receive a warning. |
