This issue usually denotes one of two problems:
- Your computer does not meet the minimum specifications to run the game.
- There is an issue with the Microsoft Store app.
If your computer meets all the necessary hardware specifications, you can try working through the following troubleshooting steps to try and address the problem:
🛠 Check to see if the Install button works despite the visual error.
🛠 Check for pending Windows updates.
Verify that there are not any pending Windows updates. While you may be on an up-to-date version of the OS, there may be essential application updates waiting to install. Be sure to restart your device after installing any updates.
🛠 Check that the Microsoft Gaming Extension is up to date.
Take the time to manually update the Microsoft Gaming Services extension to ensure you have the latest files.
🛠 Verify that you can download other applications.
Find a free gaming app on the Microsoft Store, such as Solitaire. Download and install the app, then re-attempt to download this game.
