This error usually occurs when the Verify link is from an older verification email when a newer verification email has been requested, or multiple verification emails have been requested in a short period of time.
🛠 Confirm you are using the link in the most recent verification email
- Go to your email inbox and delete any Age of Empires verification emails that you have received
- Wait for at least 1 hour in case there are verification emails still being processed to you by the automated system
- Sign-out of the Age of Empires website
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Login to your Age Insider Profile
- Click the Resend Verification Email button once
- Use the verify link in the email that arrives
